ALL DAY EVENTS - LOTS OF STALLS, BIRDS OF PREY, ARCHERY, TRACTION ENGINES, HOT FOOD, CHILDREN'S RIDES, FERRET RACING, FUN GAMES, ICECREAMS, THATCHING DISPLAY, CIRCUS SKILLS, SUMO WRESTLING, LIVE MUSIC, WOOD TURNING, TREASURE HUNT, SHEAF TOSSING, BEE KEEPING, CUTE AND CUDDLY AREA, TEAS & REFRESHMENTS, GURT LUSH BAR

• Raft Race 11am
(About 1 mile with no obstacles) Build a raft and race it down the river Parrett in fancy dress (optional), fancy dress judged before racing starts. Judging will be in 2 classes, children and all others
CLASS 1 - MEN
CLASS 2 - MIXED 50% female (male/female or
adult/children (10 yrs –16 yrs)
CLASS 3 - LADIES Entry £5.00 per raft
CLASS 4 - CHILDREN (10 years - 16 years)

• 2 to 6 people per raft
• Fancy Dress judging at 10am, before the race.
• All rafts should arrive and captains have checked in and collected their numbers by 10.15am.
• Participants are advised to wear life jackets. Lifeguards in attendance
• No under 10 Years old SORRY!!!
• Prize giving at roughly 1.30pm

fastest raft in any class manned completely by
YFC members.

• Terrier & Family Dog Races 12PM
Well behaved dogs please!
• Entries on the day.
• 50p entry fee per dog.
• Races will be organised on the day depending on size and ages etc.

• Funny Farmyard Derby 12.30PM
Race in a Pantomine Derby, will you be the winner?
• Pantomine costumes provided, be the first to cross the line.
• Races will be organised on the day depending on size and ages etc.
• Entry enquiries to the secretary booth.

• CHILDRENS SPORTS 2PM
A range of traditional and not quite so traditional races for children 11 years and under. Events include, sprints, egg and spoon race, obstacle courses and mini bale race.
• Entries on the day.
• 50p entry fee per child for each event.
• Races split into age groups.

• River It's a Knockout 2.30pm
Teams of 4 race over numerous
obstacles suspended over or in the
river. Fastest time wins, but with
time penalties if one
or more members of the team don't
complete an obstacle.

A bit of exercise and a mud wrap
combined into an entertainment
package - the alternative to going
to a health farm.
